Dr. Hagan specializes in adult and geriatric ophthalmology, cataract consultation and second opinions. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is the editor of Missouri Medicine: the medical journal of the Missouri State Medical Association. Dr. Hagan is a graduate of the University of Missouri. He received his M.D. degree, with an award for outstanding achievement as a medical student, from Loyola University. His ophthalmology residency was at Emory University. He served in the United States Air Force and is Board Certified. In a media poll of metropolitan physicians he was selected as among ‘’Best Doctors in Kansas City’’. He has been President of the Missouri State Association of Eye Physicians & Surgeons and the Clay-Platte County Medical Association.
