Dr. Carl N. Stout is the presiding Medical Director of Discover Vision Centers and was one of the original founders of the company. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in no-stitch cataract surgery, Full Focus Vision Correction, secondary intraocular lens implants, and glaucoma. Dr. Stout is an active lecturer and enjoys interacting with his local community. He has been serving residents in the Kansas City area for over 30 years.
