Dr. Parsons treats ocular disease and conducts refractive surgery consultation at our Independence and Lee’s Summit locations. A graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry, Dr. Parsons is certified by the American Optometric Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska, and has completed internships at the Ireland Army Hospital and Omaha Eye Institute. Dr. Parsons is a member of the Missouri and American Optometric Associations as well as the Heart of America Contact Lens Society.
