Carl N. Stout, M.D.

Dr. Carl N. StoutDr. Carl N. Stout joined Discover Vision Centers, formerly Eye Care, Inc., soon after its inception.  He is the president of the company, as well as the presiding Medical Director.  Dr. Stout is a board-certified ophthalmologist whose specialties include no-stitch cataract surgery, Full Focus Vision Correction, secondary intraocular lens implants, and glaucoma treatment.

Dr. Stout is an active lecturer and enjoys interacting with his local community.  He is one of only six partners in the company and has been serving residents in the Kansas City area for over 30 years.
