David Phillips, O.D., joins Discover Vision Centers with 30 years experience in Optometry. He received his optometric degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN and is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. He’s been a part of the Blue Springs optometric community for over 20 years and will be providing high quality care for glaucoma and ocular disease to the patients at DVC.
