Dr. Pate earned his Degree in Optometry (O.D.) from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 2004. He furthered his experience in an Externship at Muskogee Veterans' Administration Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma, also in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and graduated Magna cum Laude in 1995. Dr. Pate was the recipient of the Alcon Scholars Award in 2003.He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Missouri Optometric Association and the NSUCO Optometric Student Association.
