Jessica Hillner, OD, FAAO
Dr. Jessica Hillner is an optometrist specializing in the management of routine vision exams, ocular disease, pre and post-operative eye care as well as contact lens fitting. Dr. Hillner joined Discover Vision Centers in 2010 and focuses her time at our Independence, Northland and Wyandotte (KCK) locations.
Dr. Hillner received her undergraduate degree from Emporia State University while working part time with Discover Vision Centers as a technician. She received her doctorate of optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to joining Discover Vision, Dr. Hillner was a Commissioned Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy where she treated patients at Sewells Point Branch Medical Clinic in Norfolk, Virginia. She completed her fellowship training with the American Academy of Optometry in 2008.
