Under the leadership of Dr. Randy Jackson, the office will provide a full spectrum of care, from routine eye exams to medical problems, LASIK evaluations to cataract consultations, contacts, glasses and more.
This new office will be a 20,000 square-foot, two-story building located at 11010 Haskell Avenue, near Parallel Parkway and the Legends at Village West shopping center.
As a homegrown Kansas City business, Discover Vision began in 1973 with 1 doctor and 5 staff members. With the new location, the company will have nine locations in the Kansas City metro area, 35 Ophthalmologists and Optometrists, and over 250 employees. Discover Vision Centers currently has two practices in Leawood, and one each in Olathe, Independence, Blue Springs, Lee’s Summit, Kansas City North, and Harrisonville.
