Dr. Nathan C. Hamaker is a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology. His interests include no-stitch cataract surgery, LASIK laser vision correction, glaucoma treatment, management of diabetic eye disease, and pediatric eye care.
Dr. Hamaker is a native of Houston, Texas. He attended Brigham Young University where he graduated cum laude in chemical engineering. After finishing medical school at the University of Texas in Houston, Dr. Hamaker completed his residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center and the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Dr. Hamaker has presented research papers at various international ophthalmology meetings, both as a resident and as a medical student. Additionally, he is an active volunteer in community organizations.
