*$2650 per eye is the upgrade price for patients with a cataract diagnosis which is advanced enough to qualify for coverage under the patient's insurance plan. All Fees Include: Your fees for LASIK surgery include a Pre-Operative Examination, surgery with a Discover Vision doctor, Post-Operative Examinations for one year, and Enhancements at No Charge for up to one year after surgery.
