Dr. Bell attended the University of Missouri where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and graduated with honors. She completed a Doctorate of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Bell also earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Houston with a focus on Physiological Optics. Her dissertation on “Using wavefront technology to optimize spectacle performance in keratoconus” showcases her dedication to advancing eye care technology.
